ABOUT ME

DEB CHRISTIANSEN

DEB CHRISTIANSEN

If you are feeling anxious, depressed, lost or alone, therapy can help you move forward. As you develop an understanding of your own thoughts and feelings, you will be more prepared to resolve the inner turmoil and confusion which at times affects us all. My goal is to help you live a more meaningful, gratifying, and connected life. You will find my office to be a caring, respectful, and non judgmental environment, where we can understand your deeper issues. Therapy is a journey we take together to see where you have been, where you would like to go, and what your personal roadblocks are to happiness and contentment. It is an honor to be part of your journey.
